1. SeautoCare™ Product Protection Plan Service Explanation

We offer optional protection plans for products purchased via the Seauto Official Website. This protection plan is provided through a collaboration between Seauto and XCotton (underwritten by AIG). Once you purchase the protection plan, your product will be covered for a specified period beyond Seauto’s warranty.

2. SeautoCare™ Product Protection Plan Coverage

The product protection plan specifically covers the following:

  • Malfunctions during normal use.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Other coverage specified by the protection plan.

Please note: The maximum claim amount is limited to the original purchase price of your product.

3. SeautoCare™ Product Protection Plan Cost

The cost of a protection plan depends on the product and the selected coverage period:

1 Years EW Plan:

Includes a 1-year extended warranty after the standard 1-year warranty, providing 2 years of total warranty coverage, with repair and service fees waived, plus free two-way shipping and official technical support.

2 Years AD + 1 Year EW Plan:

Includes 2 year of accidental damage protection and a 1-year extended warranty after the standard 2-year warranty, offering 3 years of warranty coverage and 1 year of accidental damage protection, with repair and service fees waived, plus free two-way shipping and official technical support.

3 Years AD + 2 Years EW Plan:

Includes 3 years of accidental damage protection and a 2-year extended warranty after the standard 2-year warranty, offering 5 years of warranty coverage and 3 years of accidental damage protection, with repair and service fees waived, plus free two-way shipping and official technical support.

4. SeautoCare™ Product Protection Plan Enrollment and Activation

You may enroll in the plan together with the purchase of our products on the Seauto Official Website. Once the protection plan is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email advising details of the protection plan. The coverage period begins from the date you purchase the product.

5. Claims Process

If you experience an issue covered by the product protection plan, you can contact the resolution center through the link on your confirmation email. Follow the instructions on the link and XCotton’s claims specialist will guide you through the process. We will also provide assistance as needed.

6. Returns and Exchange of Product Protection Plans

If you return or exchange a product after purchasing the protection plan, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges may impact the status of your protection plan, and certain terms may apply. For assistance, please reach out to our customer service team or use the support link provided in your confirmation email.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed anytime. Refunds depend on timing:

Within 60 days of purchase:

  • No claims filed: Full refund (100% of the Product Protection price).
  • Claims filed: Refund = Product Protection price - paid claim amount(s).

After 60 days of purchase:

Refund = [(Total coverage days - Days used) / Total coverage days] × Product Protection price - paid claim amount(s) (if any) - administrative fee (varies by state law, capped at $50 USD).
