Refund Policy
Seauto hopes you to be thrilled with your new purchase of robotic pool cleaners and related accessories. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase from Seauto for any reason, Seauto offers a 30-Day Money-Back guarantee (excluding Dealer Sales) on all products purchased directly on seautorobots.com. You have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the product. To qualify for a return, the returned product must be in its original condition.
This Return and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to purchases made directly on seautorobots.com. Manufacturers, suppliers or publishers other than Seauto may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Seauto monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns for all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Seauto's discretion.
Return Conditions

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery.

In order to complete the return, you must have a valid proof of purchase.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, Seauto will process your refund in accordance with this Policy.

Returns of products must be in their original condition, including all original accessories, attachments, manuals and undamaged original packaging materials. Products that fail to meet this requirement may not be approved for return.
Refund Scope

Seauto will refund the original purchase price of the product in full. Additional costs including but not limited to original shipping fees, third-party payment processing fees, and handling charges may apply and will be borne by the consumer unless otherwise specified in this Policy.

If the return is initiated for non-defective/non-error-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental order, incorrect purchase decision), Seauto may charge the actual return shipping fees to the consumer.

If the return is due to Seauto's error (e.g., damaged/defective products upon delivery, incorrect product shipped, missing accessories in the original package), Seauto will fully cover all return shipping fees and provide a prepaid return shipping label via email in such cases.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by Seauto and the consumer.
Process of Return and Refund
Step 1: Request a refund
Please send an email to support@seautorobots.com(If bought from official website pls contact via service@seautorobots.net) to submit a return and refund request. The email must include your valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice), the product's serial number (SN code), detailed reason for return and clear photos of the product and its packaging (if applicable). Seauto will reply to your request within 1 business day upon receipt.
Step 2: Ship your product
If Seautoconfirms your purchase is eligible for return, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable) and the address of our designated service center via email. Please pack the product and all its original components securely in the original packaging and ship it to the designated address. After the product is shipped, please email Seauto the name of the shipping company and the tracking number to help us quickly match and process your return order.
Step 3: Product inspection
After receiving your returned product, Seauto will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition and compliance with the return conditions stated in this Policy. The inspection process may take 1-3 business days. We will notify you of the inspection result via email once completed.
Step 4: Refund processing
If the product is determined to be eligible for a refund after inspection, Seauto will immediately start the refund process. The refund processing may take 3-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days from the date of our refund confirmation, please contact us via supoort@seautorobots.com(If bought from official website pls contact via service@seautorobots.net) with your order number and refund reference information.
Purchase Order Cancellation

Seauto accepts purchase order cancellation for standard products before the product is shipped, and for customized products (if applicable) before the start of production.

For standard products, cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement incur no cancellation fees, and the full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Purchase orders become non-cancelable once the product has been shipped. Any cancellation requests submitted after shipment will be treated as a return request and processed in accordance with the return and refund process stated in this Policy.

For customized products, cancellation fees may apply if the cancellation request is submitted after the start of production, and the specific fee standard will be notified to the consumer by Seauto based on the actual production progress.
Seauto reserves the right to revise and update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Policy published on seautorobots.com shall apply to all purchases.
